ZK2500A vertical insulating glass production line is assigned with the following functions: glass washing & drying, aluminum spacer positioning and placement, IGU automatic assembly and panel press, and output conveying. Specially designed for aluminum-spacer type insulating glass units processing, the ZK2500A production line is characterized with the advantages of high efficiency, reliable performance and easy maintenance.
1)Reliable touch screen with easy operation, the system parameters can be modified any time;
2)The working status of the sensors and motors are displayed in the touch screen (input monitor), in case of a malfunction, the fault point can be easily identified; 3)Two operation modes, automatic and manual are available, each section can be controlled separately in manual mode, more convenient and brief operation; 4)ZK2500A automatic IG line includes 7 sections: input conveyor, glass washing and drying section, glass transmission and storage station; light inspection & spacer assembly station, outside assembly station, panel pressing station, output conveyor.

The 06 section
plate pressing is a servo motor controlled synchronous belt pressing, linear guide rail, ball screw, which can realize automatic pressing, without inputting the thickness of the glass, with its own thickness measurement function.
Synchronous pressing of the private server fully guarantees the parallel pressing of the two boards. For the processing of different sizes of insulating glass, it is equipped with pressing torque function, pressure holding time can also be adjusted according to the size of the glass.
The equipment is controlled by German Siemens PLC and digital input control system. The equipment runs stably and the equipment design is more user-friendly; it has a high degree of automation and easy operation.
It adopts a human-machine interface touch screen, automatic manual and convenient conversion, and has a single-stage operation function, which can accurately display the operation and fault conditions of the equipment, and is convenient for maintenance.
The aviation plug connection method has strong anti-interference, which is convenient for the installation and maintenance of the equipment.
