1.1 The whole line adopts PLC centralized control. The whole line program is reasonable in design, high in automation and easy to operate. The associated speeds of each segment are good, the operation is stable, accurate, and the synchronization is good. . 1.2 Cleaning and drying machine is the key equipment of the whole line. The device can electrically adjust the upper rubber roller, brush roller, air knife and the like according to the thickness of the glass, and has a digital display. The upper part can be lifted and lowered to facilitate maintenance and maintenance of the washing machine. The brush roller drive is driven separately by a motor from the upper part and the lower part. The upper brush is hard and soft. This arrangement can clean the LOW-E glass and the coated glass without damaging the coated surface. It is equipped with two pairs of stainless steel air knives. The fan is equipped with muffler cotton and air inlet filter. It has large air volume, low noise and good air drying effect. 1.3 The splicing room is equipped with a splicing table, a movable universal wheel frame, a positioning cylinder, a film frame, a walking bridge and a suction cup hanger. It is convenient to operate multiple pieces and large pieces for splicing. After each single piece is positioned, it will be automatically transferred to the front end of the sandwich roll press through the transition conveying section at high speed, and then the automatic shifting will run at the same speed as the sandwich roll press, so that the vacancy can be quickly released for the next piece of glass. 1.4 Sandwich roller press has reasonable structure and easy operation. The main drive adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and gear transmission. It is heated by quartz heating tube, and the whole machine runs smoothly and reliably, and is controlled centrally by the splicing chamber. The large roller gap adjustment is controlled by an encoder, and the display shows the gap between the large pressure rollers, which is simple and intuitive to operate.
